MY STORY

My environment
changed my life.

LUKE SPINAZZOLA

I didn’t join the Marine Corps and become a new person overnight. I got in trouble. I spent Christmas in a barracks room. Eventually, I took responsibility for the man I was becoming.

After the Corps, I could sell and I could lead. But I was running a business and barely knew what a P&L was. Getting around the Sembroni Group helped me become a businessman. Joining a mastermind led me to my speaking coach, Dave Van Hoose, and to building my own events.

Those relationships led me here. I like connecting people who can help each other, and Win Within gives me a way to keep doing that.

“You don’t get in the room because you’re ready.
You get ready because you’re in the room.”

WHAT GROUNDS ME

Faith. Family. Fitness.
Finance. Freedom.

When I didn’t know what I was doing with my life, I asked God for purpose. Faith is part of how I lead, give thanks and keep moving. That’s the foundation I bring to Win Within.
